Hosting and server logs
This website is delivered via Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit, connection data is processed for technical reasons (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). This data is used solely to provide, secure and stabilise the website. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics tools and embeds no tracking services. The only exception is the booking calendar on the contact page (see "Online appointment booking").
Contact form and contact requests
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process your details (name, company, contact data, content of your request) solely to respond to your request. Form submissions are delivered to us by email; we use the service Resend (EU hosting, Ireland region) for delivery. We keep no database and no CRM system for requests. Data is not passed on to third parties and is deleted once it is no longer needed for this purpose, subject to statutory retention obligations for business correspondence.
Online appointment booking
For online appointment booking we use the service Cal.com (EU hosting, cal.eu). When you open the contact page the booking calendar is loaded; a connection to cal.eu is established, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type) is transmitted and Cal.com may set cookies. When you book an appointment, the data you enter (name, email address, topic) is processed by Cal.com solely to organise and conduct the appointment. This website contains links to external websites (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub). Their operators are responsible for their content and data processing.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data and, where the GDPR applies, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Please contact [email protected]. Persons in the EU/EEA also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
